This free utility let's you generate the CSS code (Cascading Style Sheet) that will customize the color of Internet Explorer scrollbars.
Only Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher for Windows supports this
customization. This handy web design utility lets you preview and create
the proper code even if you don't use internet explorer or if you aren't
using the windows platform.
This software will come especially handy for web designers using the macintosh platform.
This utility has a color picker for every customizable element of a scrollbar. By choosing a different color, the preview of the scrollbar will be updated. You can click a color or enter the hex number in the text field.
The CSS code will be generated automatically. To change your web page, all you have to do, is copy the code and paste it in the head section of your html page.
Since this utility has been made with Macromedia Flash, you can use the web version of the utility on line. However, you need to have version 7 of the flash player. If you don't have this version installed, follow this link.
